Along with my musical projects, I also have a passion for electronics. I have designed and built several electronic devices, and I like to develop computer programs to carry further my musical research. I also have developed some websites (aside for the one you are on now, also this one and this one).

the beginning

I started my journey into electronics and music with this simple device I built as a high school project: Keyboardino.

gesture recognition

For Chironomia, a piece for piano and electronics, I built a device which can be use to recognize the exact gesture that the performer is doing and can be used according to the musical needs.

computer aided composition

I also developed a small scoped computer program that renders a .mxml file in real time. Very useful in conjunction with Python and Python libraries such as music21.
